A reader sent me just a site and I have included a Valentine's Day related sample: The Cuddly Chronicles : "Some Nice Old Valentine Customs Some, once popular, valentine symbols are no longer commonly used today. One of these is the true-love knot. This knot consists of graceful loops, sometimes in the shape of a heart, with no beginning and no end. On these loops are written endless love messages which are read by turning the knot around. Young men and women in the Middle Ages drew names from a bowl to see who would be their valentines. The names would be worn on their sleeves for one week. Wearing your heart on your sleeve has since come to mean that you readily let others see your feelings." Go check out the The Cuddly Chronicles
